Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to the WebAds section of this website.

1. Ads can remain online until the item is sold - no time limit.  Ads will be removed automatically after 30 days if not requested via email to remain online.  The originator of the ad may request a new 30 day period at no additional charge.  Therefore the ad can remain online until the item is sold if the owner so chooses.

2. Any ads or images that contain content that is illegal or deemed unacceptable by the WebAds administrator will be removed immediately by the WebAds administrator.

3. The WebAds administrator reserves the right to remove any ad at his/her discretion.

4. These Terms and Conditions may change at any time without notice.
